iHealth Fit is a smart scale with Bluetooth that measures weight and calculates/estimates different body composition data such as BMI, body fat index, lean body mass, muscle mass, bone mass, body fluids and visceral fat index. Record the results on its display or on your smartphone screen with the iHealth MyVitals app.

In addition to offering all the classic features of iHealth scales (weight and BMI), iHealth Fit calculates 6 different masses, thanks to the four electrodes located under your feet:
- Body fat expressed as a percentage, calculated using the amount of fat in proportion to your body weight.
- Lean body mass expressed in kilograms, calculated by subtracting the amount of fat from your total body weight.
- Body fluids expressed as a percentage of total body mass, indicating the total amount of fluids present in the body.
- Muscle mass expressed in kilograms, indicating the weight of the body's muscles.
- Bone mass expressed in kilograms, indicating the weight of the bones. Bones in the body.
- Visceral mass expressed as an index: fats found in the abdominal cavity surrounding the vital organs.
- Using an algorithm, the scale calculates an estimate of optimal daily calorie intake.
With iHealth MyVitals, a free app available for Android and iOS, iHealth Fit offers comprehensive tracking and a data history in graph form. It allows you to view your history at any time, set goals to see the best results, and securely share them with your doctor, as well as with family and friends.
